An adult Shih Tzu typically stands between 9-10.5 inches tall, while a Pekingese measures around 6-9 inches in height. In terms of weight, adult Shih Tzus can weigh up to 16 pounds compared to the Pekingese, which weigh between 7-15 pounds.
